Situated on the north coast of the island, Little Field is located a stroll away from Wootton Creek (perfect for walks with your four-legged friend!) and a 20 minute walk from the local shops, vibrant pubs and eateries in Wootton Village. The Portsmouth to Fishbourne ferry link is also close by, making travel easy.

Set all on one level, the open plan living/kitchen/dining area is bright and airy, with large doors that open onto the outside space. Comfortable sofas create the perfect spot for relaxing, while the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals. A generously sized dining-table brings everyone together - the perfect spot to plan your adventures and enjoy quality time together.

From the welcoming hallway you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms all thoughtfully designed to create a calm and restful atmosphere. Soft, neutral tones and carefully chosen furnishings give every room a serene feel, with guest comfort in mind ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Bedroom one offers flexible 'zip and link' beds which can be arranged as small twin beds or a king-size double, making this versatile room suitable for both children and adults.

The second is a charming twin bedroom which offers surrounding views of the garden. Bathed in natural light it has a tranquil outlook and cosy feel.

Bedroom three is a spacious king-size bedroom with its own en suite shower-room, making this the ideal sanctuary to retreat to.

All bedrooms have been thoughtfully colour coordinated and benefit from plenty of natural light and generous storage space, helping you settle in with ease.

The family bathroom features a full size bath with a fitted shower, giving you the choice of a long relaxing soak or a refreshing start to the day. Stylishly finished to a high standard, it provides a calm and practical space for all the family.

Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy. The patio, accessed directly from the living-room, is all set up with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals in the sun. Just beyond the patio, steps lead up to a large lawn with fields beyond, creating a peaceful and private setting where children can run and play, and everyone can unwind.
