Less than a minute's stroll from the sea, this characterful two-storey apartment offers a wonderfully laid-back base for exploring Cadgwith, the picturesque little fishing cove that it sits in the heart of.

Step inside and you'll find a practical ground floor with a twin bedroom, a cosy single and the family bathroom. Upstairs, you are welcomed in by a beautiful light and open plan living space which makes the most of its elevated position with a lovely large window and sights of the sea framed between the historic cottages of the courtyard. The sitting and dining area is ideal for relaxing in after a day by the coast. The cosy well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing simple evening meals, while a welcoming king-size bedroom completes the first floor accommodation.

What truly sets this home apart is its location. Just outside the front door, you can hire a kayak and set off on an adventure across the bay or just relax by the water's edge where fishing boats bob on the water and the pub welcomes you with hearty food and local ale.

The nearby South West Coast Path offers access to the dramatic Devil's Frying Pan and miles of scenic cliff walks extending towards the Lizard peninsula.

Located only a short drive away, Porthkerris Divers provides trips to the renowned Manacles reef, famous for its shipwrecks.

Only a few minutes by car, or a short coastal walk away, Coverack offers a sandy shoreline and a charming waterside pub.

Quaint and simple, yet perfectly placed, Cadgwith Cove offers the chance to immerse yourself in its rich history and culture - an experience that feels like stepping back in time, where traditional fishing practices are still sustained. This special location provides a close and personal experience of coastal life on one of Cornwall's most striking pieces of coastline.
