Set on the first floor of this gated development, you are tucked away in the heart of Falmouth and only a short, level walk into the town centre. Take the stairs to the apartment and enter the large entrance hall, where on your right you'll find the good sized kitchen with everything you might need to cook a feast including a handy air fryer, however with so many wonderful eateries in Falmouth the kitchen might be underused. The dining-room offers a lovely space to spend time together, whether it be over a jigsaw or boardgame on a winter's evening or fun-filled family meals, it is all about quality time together.

The spacious sitting-room is a tranquil space to retreat to at the end of the day. The large Smart TV is perfect to watch your favourite film, or perhaps in the warmer months, enjoy having the balcony doors open and listen to the bobbing of the yachts in the marina. The small balcony is a relaxing space to sit overlooking Port Pendennis with a plethora of boats, where you can watch the yachts come and go over a tall glass of gin and tonic.

The bedrooms boast the most fabulous outlook over Falmouth harbour with a view that will always keep you entertained, whether it be a luxury cruise ship in for the day, the little passenger ferry pottering back and forth or simply the comings and goings of this pretty, working marine town.

The principal bedroom has a huge super-king bed, so plenty of room to stretch out and relax, and an en suite shower-room. Sit in the bay window with your morning cup of tea looking out over the water to Trefusis headland - such a tranquil setting to plan your day's agenda or simply contemplate. The second bedroom also has an amazing view, so no fighting over the best outlook. This bedroom has 'zip and link' beds which can be set up as small single beds or a king-size double and has an en suite shower-room. Should you want a long soak on your holiday there is also a family bathroom with a fabulous tub to soak those weary limbs after a day exploring this pretty part of Cornwall.
