This impressive Victorian building sits at the forefront of St Edmunds Church in the heart of the town affectionately known as 'Sunny Hunny'. Proudly situated on the second floor this spacious apartment offers a wealth of original features, and a rooftop terrace boasting stunning views to the sea and magnificent sunsets. Tastefully furnished with antiques and other historical items, the owners have retained many original features throughout the property, presenting a charming, yet light-filled space for guests to enjoy.
Once a family home, the owners have thoughtfully furnished the rooms in a characteristic style with Edwardian and Victorian period pieces, and a stunning ornamental fireplace as the focal point. Sea views can be enjoyed from the sitting-room; or for the more adventurous, climb the ladder from the living area to the turret, with its small rooftop parapet (at own risk), where the rooftop terrace boasts amazing views of the most stunning sunsets.
A communal entrance with staircase leads to your own private apartment where you will discover the impressive hallway and sitting-room with a stunning bay window enjoying a bird's eye view of the town and tidal waters. The iron ladder leads you into the turret where there is a door onto the small parapet protected by iron railings which takes in the superb views across the town and to the ocean. Guests must be aware of their own safety whilst using this unique space. A well-equipped kitchen with dining for four, along with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds, and a family bathroom complete the accommodation.
Welcoming one medium-sized dog too, this apartment is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, whether on two legs or four. As the name suggests, originally a Vicarage, the property was converted several years ago with the owner mindful of keeping the essence of the building, retaining original features wherever possible.
Located close to the popular High Street and beaches, simply park your car in the private parking area and visit a variety of wonderful eateries whilst watching the world go by.
Explore the area on foot with your four-legged friend; take in the sights and sounds, breathe in the sea air, wander along the promenade and peruse the changing tides under the most glorious big blue skies. Dip your toes in the water or stroll the coastal path at low tide beneath the iconic striped cliffs that the town is famous for.

Please note, there are 32 steps from the front door on the ground floor to the apartment. Take care when accessing the small parapet, there is no handrail on the ladder. The parapet is protected by iron railings but guests must be aware of their own safety.
