Mondo's

Ideally situated just a short stroll away from the beautiful sandy beach at Croyde, Mondo's is a tastefully decorated, dog-friendly gem of a holiday home with a gorgeous hot tub, set in an exclusive development just five minutes from the heart of the charming village.

Step inside the pristine property and wander through to the bright and spacious sitting-room which is bathed in natural light thanks to two sets of bi-fold doors which lead into the garden. Plump for one of the sofas and relax with a film come evening time or use the DAB radio to unwind old school style. Prefer your own tunes? Connect with the Bluetooth speaker and play anything from Bach to The Beach Boys.

The large open plan kitchen/diner is also well lit thanks to its dual-aspect and further set of bi-fold doors, providing access to the sweet courtyard complete with an al fresco dining set seating up to eight. The glossy white kitchen is as practical as it is stylish thanks to the integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washer machine/drier and even a wine cooler. There's also a dining-table with wooden chairs in here, providing the opportunity to dine inside or outside depending on the weather.

Mondo's has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests in total. There's a principal bedroom to the front of the property which boasts an en suite shower-room and commanding views towards the hillside. You can choose to have this set up as a double bedroom or twins. There's also a double room decorated in chic shades of grey and ochre towards the rear of the property, it also boasts French doors and a Juliet balcony facing towards the sea. Again, this can be arranged as a double or twin room. The last room is a bunk room, sure to delight younger members of your party although at three foot wide, these beds will suit fully grown guests too.

There's a downstairs WC and upstairs you'll find the calming oasis of the family bathroom decorated in natural tones. Have a soak in the bathtub or enjoy an extra-long shower. Speaking of showers, there's a heated outside one here, along with hanging space for your wetsuits, perfect for after the beach.

Outside the lawned garden features a hot tub. What a way to upgrade your stay, ending your evenings with a soothing soak and star gaze. The courtyard area is the perfect place for leisurely holiday meals, enjoyed of a balmy evening.

To the front of the garage, you'll also find parking for one car.
