With its curated surf vibe, hot tub and direct access to Croyde beach footpath, Longboards is a beach lover's paradise. This four-bedroom holiday house is perfectly positioned for making the most of the coastal location, and you can even bring your dog out-of-season when they're allowed back on the beach again. Hurrah!

Inside this contemporary house you'll enjoy a generous open plan living, dining and kitchen space ideal for gregarious get togethers with family or friends. The lounge space features two ample sized leather sofas, both comfortable and practical when holidaying with children or pets. Melt into one after a day exploring north Devon's finest corners and treat yourself to a film on the wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV.

Beyond, it's a few steps to the dining-area which comfortably seats up to eight. It's a light and airy space, thanks to the French doors leading out to the decked terrace beyond. Adjacent, you'll find a stylish and practical L-shaped kitchen with neutral glossy units and timeless metro tiles. It's not all about goods looks though, this is a hardworking kitchen featuring premium Neff appliances including a double oven, hob and dishwasher. Enjoy views out to the garden while you cook, and the handy breakfast-bar is the perfect spot to sit and keep the cook company while they whip up a holiday feast.

There are four bedrooms in total, sleeping up to eight guests. On the ground floor you'll find a twin bedroom with a handy separate shower-room. Climb the stairs to find a further three bedrooms, another twin room, a double with king-size bed and the principal bedroom which benefits from a king-size bed, flatscreen Smart TV and views over the rooftops towards the dunes and sea beyond. It even has its own dressing-area and en suite with shower making getting dressed in your holiday finery a pleasure to savour.

There's also a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower, so no need to argue over who gets to shower first in the morning.

Outside, there's a decked terrace with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining set, perfect for sizzling up some sausages for dinner of a sunny evening. The jewel in the crown is the hot tub, a sought-after spot for kicking back and relaxing after a day adventuring around Croyde.

To the front of Longboards you'll find driveway parking, plus unrestricted roadside parking. There's also EV charging available. Use the garage for storing bikes and boards, and feel free to use the washing machine and tumble-drier - no need to take your holiday washing home with you. To the back of the garage you'll find a convenient wet-room, perfect for washing off after the beach and hanging your wetsuits to dry.

With the ramped entrance for easy access and downstairs bedroom and shower0room, Longboards could be a good fit for guests with restricted mobility.

Highly regarded as a South West surfing Mecca, a trip to Croyde beach is a must. And whether you choose to kick back with your holiday read, get a surf lesson from a pro or go on a rockpool ramble in search of marine wildlife, Croyde is a hard to beat spot for a beach day.

The coast isn't just about beach days though. Pop your walking boots on, pack a picnic and hit the coast path for an exhilarating day of sweeping sea vistas and soul-stirring moments in nature. The walk up to Baggy Point is short but highly rewarding, on a clear day you can even spy Lundy Island. If you prefer your nature manicured, pop in the car for ten minutes and saunter over to Saunton Golf Club for a round.

The village of Croyde is a gem to explore, with its old-fashioned charm, thatched cottages and excellent selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Beyond that, north Devon is a wonderful playground of opportunity for thrills, fun and relaxation.
