This charming lodge style converted barn is beautifully styled to embrace the woodland that surrounds it and boasts a luxurious sauna in the garden. Botloes Farm Barn is situated within the serene surroundings of Botloes Farm where the owners live and is nestled amongst seven acres of picturesque landscapes comprising of woodlands, two tranquil ponds and a flourishing orchard. Ideal for a peaceful retreat or a romantic getaway, this unique property offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comforts.

As you enter the barn, you are greeted by a well-equipped kitchen featuring a traditional Aga, adding a touch of warmth and character to the space. (The Aga is turned on for use from October to the end of March. There is an alternative cooker for use from April to September. )

The spacious and inviting open plan living area combines a large sitting and dining space, with a cosy wood-burner that's perfect for relaxing evenings by the fire. During the summer months you can open the French doors to the garden area so you can dine in style whilst soaking in the beauty of the surrounding countryside.

The principal bedroom boasts a luxurious touch with a feature copper bath and a modern wet-room, offering a truly indulgent experience. Accessible via an outdoor staircase, the second double bedroom provides privacy and seclusion, complete with a delightful en suite bathroom featuring an elegant roll-top bath. There are also tea and coffee making facilities so you can really enjoy your privacy and home comforts without having to leave the room.

For ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can unwind in the sauna located within the grounds, providing a soothing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether exploring the enchanting woodlands, picnicking by the ponds (please supervise children, swimming is not permitted) or picking fresh fruits from the orchard, the expansive outdoor space offers ample opportunities to embrace nature and serenity.

Newent is charming a market town, just two miles away, with many of the iconic black and white buildings and tourist attractions including Newent Lake. Explore the various independent shops or stop and have a meal at one of the numerous restaurants or cafes. There are many walks and cycle routes to enjoy nearby, particularly in the Forest of Dean. Also once there you could brave the Go Ape or visit the Dean Heritage centre. The Three Choirs Vineyard and Restaurant is just a short walk away over the fields, if you choose, where you can stroll through the vines. For further walking options try the Malvern Hills with views to England on one side and Wales on the other .Or discover the nearby Symonds Yat and Wye Valley trail walks. For history buffs Eastnor Castle is nearby and always has plenty to see and do For something a little different take a tour of Westons Cider Mill, watch the cider being made, taste the various varieties and have lunch the in the restaurant afterwards.
