Please be aware when accessing from the top road (where you drop your luggage), there are 26 granite steps, therefore the property is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues, children under 8 and babies. There is a small wall bordering the decking with a drop below, so one should not sit on the wall. One small dog is permitted but must be well behaved, and not left unattended as there are no boundaries and steep drops bordering the home.
