Nestled in the idyllic village of St Agnes above a charming village shop you'll find Trehane, a delightful apartment perfect for a family holiday to the north coast of Cornwall. With its great location and welcoming interiors, Trehane is ideal for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled adventure.

As you wander through the front door, you'll be greeted by a small entrance hall and stairs up to the cottage. On the first floor, you'll find plenty of places to relax, including the welcoming sitting-room that looks out onto bustling Churchtown. A coal-effect electric fire sits in the centrepiece fireplace, keeping you nice and cosy in the winter months. Everywhere you look there are wonderful touches to make the cottage truly feel like home while you stay.

Further down the hall sits the small but well-equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you'll need to cook up a storm in the kitchen while a small table and chairs provide a superb spot for cosy evening suppers. Next door you'll find a large dining-area, ideal for social family dinners after big days out on the beach. On this first floor, you'll also find the family bathroom with a full-size bath perfect for those relaxing evenings in.

Cottage stairs (steep in places) take you to the second floor where you'll discover the two comfortable bedrooms and a cloakroom with Saniflo WC and wash-basin. Bedroom one is home to a king-size bed that guarantees a great night's sleep with its plush cushions and cosy bedding. A beautiful ornamental fireplace is tucked into the corner of the room creating a lovely, snug atmosphere. There's also plenty of storage space dotted around the room in the integrated wardrobe and chest of drawers meaning you won't struggle to find space for all of your holiday belongings. Next door, bedroom two is a delightful twin room that is absolutely perfect for little ones, with wonderful decorations lining the walls and perched around the room.

The outside space (reached via a little lane) is eclectic and quirky. The owners have turned the property's old detached garage into a rather cool area which is covered in greenery. This space is decorated to give it a rustic charm and there is even a small table for preparing food, meaning you can enjoy wonderful al fresco meals with ease.

St Agnes is a charming, friendly village where you can easily while away blissful days wandering around, exploring the independent shops and the fabulous collection of places to eat and drink. Some of our top tips for dining out include The Tap House, Taste and The Driftwood Spars, and if you fancy a little bit of afternoon indulgence (you're on holiday after all!), coffee and cake at The Sorting Office.

The popular beaches of Porthtowan, Perranporth and Chapel Porth are all nearby, and make for a great day out, whether you're exploring the coast path, dipping your toes in the sea or perched on the sand getting lost in a good book.
