Welcome to Church View, a very special getaway sleeping four and nestled in the Cornish countryside. Ideal for a restorative retreat at any time of the year, this beautiful barn certainly offers a luxurious escape. Trust us, you'll be booking your return stay before you've even left…

Step inside to discover the spacious and beautifully decorated open plan kitchen and living area - oh, and you're in for a real treat here! This is a simply wonderful space for gathering, with a dining-area and fabulous kitchen that has everything you need for holiday feasts, including that all-important Nespresso machine for a morning pick me up, and of course classic Le Creuset cookware.

The barn has lots of stylish touches throughout, including fabulous linens and original artwork by the Cornish artist Amanda Hunt. The sumptuous sofas are simply gorgeous - the perfect space to relax after a day exploring the Cornish countryside. Two sets of double doors lead out to the spacious garden - the ideal spot for enjoying the sunshine and getting lost in the pages of a good book.

With luxurious linens and gorgeous interiors, you'll be sure to sink into a peaceful night's sleep here. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and views over the church spire in the village and of course a fantastic shower-room. The second bedroom can be made up as twin beds or a super-king and this bedroom has a Jack and Jill shower-room, which links to the entrance hall.

Outside, you have a fabulous south-facing patio where you can enjoy long lingering meals or perhaps wrap up with a hot chocolate and see if you can spot any shooting stars. Church View's friendly neighbours include the cows who live on site and two other holiday lets The Old Granary (4944) and The Old Stables (4945). Church View makes a great choice for an eco-friendly holiday as it has air source heat pumps and solar panels.

Set in a rural idyll on a working cattle farm in the village of Mawgan, this is a delightful place for your Cornwall holiday. The cows enjoy grazing on the farmland in the summer and are in the sheds behind the barns in the winter months, and you might hear a gentle lowing from time to time. Mawgan has a fabulous pub nearby, The Ship, which is a great spot for a delicious meal and drinks and don't forget Gear Farm pasties, which are a must, and also try Gwella Dairy ice-cream too - there's so much local produce to choose from. The village shop is just a short stroll away, and if you fancy heading out for a walk, the pretty banks of the Helford and Tremayne Quay are nearby.

If you're looking to explore more of Cornwall, you're certainly in a great location to do so! The popular village of Porthleven is nearby, with a fantastic selection of coffee shops and eateries, and beautiful Mullion Cove is well worth a visit during your stay. A little further afield, you will find the cheerful town of Falmouth with its wonderful restaurants, pretty golden sand beaches and laid-back atmosphere. There's plenty to see and do on your holiday in Cornwall, whether you're searching for a relaxing escape to the countryside or are planning a week jam-packed with activities.
