KingA beautifully located top floor apartment in the heart of Ventnor, Oceanix provides the perfect seaside getaway for your next Isle of Wight holiday.
The property has been thoughtfully decorated throughout. The open plan living-room with kitchenette and dining area offers guests a lovely space to enjoy together, with the most spectacular sea view to be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the comfortable sitting-area, come morning or evening. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here - please note this is a top floor apartment and the beach is dog-friendly from the 1st October to 30th April.
The small but perfectly formed kitchen is well-equipped, with a long dining bench at its heart, making this a very sociable space for creating an evening meal or preparing that all-important picnic for the day ahead! This fantastic 'hub' also leads straight onto the balcony area. Why not take your beautifully prepared food outside whilst soaking up those summer rays?

With a number of places to visit and explore Ventnor Botanical Gardens is within walking distance. The pretty village of Bonchurch to the east of the town is steeped in history with a village duck pond, little pottery, village walks and secluded beach front a 'must see' on this side of the Island.
