This gorgeous first floor apartment in the heart of Seaview village is perfectly placed to reach everything within a few minutes' walk. The seafront is just around the corner, a popular place for swimming as the tide remains relatively high here all day and there are plenty of rock pools for crabbing. The delicatessen is nearby for your daily ice cream! There is no designated parking for Beggars Roost but there is unrestricted street parking nearby.

Upon entry there is a flight of stairs to the first floor where you will find the accommodation all on one level. There are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, all of which are a good size. The main bedroom has an en suite shower-room and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. The open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas is a light and spacious room, that has recently been beautifully refurbished by the new owners making Beggars Roost a wonderful holiday home.

Take your spot in the bay window with a wonderful sea view and relax in one of the large armchairs, perhaps with a glass of wine. The Seaview Hotel and The Old Fort are just a short stroll away, both are family-friendly establishments with outdoor seating areas and stunning sea views. Seaview village is a hub of activity during the summer months but can also offer a wonderfully tranquil place to stay in the quieter months with many coastal walks on offer.

A charming village community store at the end of the street, run by local residents, is the perfect place to stock up on Island produce and daily essentials. Get there early for lovely fresh croissants and bread. Lily’s cafe offers a great home-cooked breakfast, a varied lunch menu and of course, excellent Island coffee. The nearby beaches are some of the best on the Isle of Wight; Seagrove and Priory Bay are favourites for swimming and beach barbecues long into the summer evenings.
