Orchard House is a wonderful property for an extended family looking for a sprawling holiday home near the beach in Bembridge. The downstairs living areas are inviting - no doubt there will be family members that will enjoy relaxing in the family-room and sitting-room whilst others get familiar with the open plan kitchen/dining-room, chatting to the resident cooks in the party who'll be exploring the expansive and well-equipped kitchen. Guests looking for a quiet space to just take a breath or read peacefully away from everthing can use the beautful garden room .

There is private parking for one small car and ample street parking outside the property.

This gorgeous holiday home is well thought-out, the main feature of the sitting-room is the addition of bi-fold doors which lead straight out onto the patio. Beyond which is a good-sized mature garden, ideal for the children to run off some steam. The large outdoor dining-table means the whole family can dine in the Island’s sunshine or just relax with a glass of wine after lunch.

All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, the family room to the rear has an en suite with bath and shower cubicle and there is an additional family bathroom with bath and shower over. The house is spacious and light throughout.

This property is situated near to the centre of Bembridge village, with an incredibly good selection of shops including a bakery, butcher, fishmonger and farm shop. There are several cafes to choose from plus several places to eat, including some great local pubs where you can sample the locally-caught fish and chips. Bembridge is surrounded by some of the Island's best beaches, and the harbour is lined with quirky houseboats of which one of them is a floating cafe specialising in Bembridge crab.

Forelands beach, a twenty minute walk from Orchard House, has the perfect mixture of sand and rock pools, an excellent place to get out the crab lines and sit back with an ice cream from the resident beach cafe, The Beach Hut. A dog-friendly cafe within a charming location, you will be there every day for your favourite cone!
