Tucked away in the idyllic setting of Seagrove Bay and just steps away from the beach, Windy Ridge is a stunning semi-detached house with wonderful sea views from both the ground and first floor. Doors from the sitting-room lead out onto a large balcony with a table and chairs and stairs down to the garden, where you will find a further seating area in a sheltered wooden decked area.

There are two sitting-rooms, a smaller one to the front of the house and a lovely large room to the rear with a wood-burner, both beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. You can step out onto the sea facing balcony, hear the waves and breathe in the fresh air, a wonderful start and end to the day.

The well-equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, and a breakfast table with seating for four. Doors lead through to a dining-room with sea views, you can dine while admiring the Solent views over Seagrove Bay.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor, the spacious main bedroom at the front of the house has an en suite shower-room and sea views. A bunk bedroom and a second double are also on this floor along with a gorgeous family bathroom with roll-top bath. The fourth bedroom, a double, is located on the lower ground floor where you will also find a playroom. The kids have their own room to play in or relax with a film, doors from here lead out onto the lawned area and the decked seating area beyond.

Priory Bay is the next bay along from Seagrove, a hidden treasure on the Island, the sandy beach gently slopes into the water making it ideal for swimming and a wonderful spot for a beach barbecue.

There is parking for two medium-sized cars at the front of the property.

The Isle of Wight is a superb destination to enjoy a family holiday, the car ferry takes approximately an hour and makes you feel like you are going abroad, just without the hassle! A large proportion of the Island is designated to Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty with dramatic coastline to explore and hidden bays to discover, you could even find a dinosaur fossil? Once home to Queen Victoria, Osborne House her much loved summer residence was built here, an impressive building where you can spend a great day out experiencing history.

The village of Seaview sits in the north eastern corner of the Island and is a very special place to make your holiday memories, many guests return here year after year as it is wonderful in all seasons. The village is home to several cafes, restaurants and a family-friendly pub situated right on the seafront. The Seaview Yacht club hosts a regatta every summer during which locals and tourists can take part in many traditional activities, including a tug of war and a diving competition, great fun for all with a firework display concluding the event each year.
