This fabulous converted detached barn is less than a mile from the safe and sandy beach at Porthcurnick and close to the National Trust coastal footpath, and the shops, galleries and restaurants of Portscatho and St Mawes.

Trewithian is a small hamlet near the fishing village of Portscatho, with walks along the coastal path and exploring the hidden coves of the Roseland peninsula a must!

Alicia's Barn is a reversed level barn conversion with three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms on the ground floor and an open plan living-room on the first floor. French doors from the living area open out to a roof terrace with a dining-table and benches for eating outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine for that all important morning coffee. A short flight of stairs lead down from the terrace to a private garden at the rear with an area of lawn and outdoor garden furniture, a great spot for children to play..

Curgurrell Farm shop is within easy walking distance with an excellent selection of locally-caught seafood and fresh fish caught by their own fishing boat in Gerrans Bay, along with a plentiful supply of locally-grown vegetables, artisan breads, jams and free-range eggs.

The Roseland peninsula is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – with a rugged unspoilt coastline, a chain of pretty traditional fishing villages with picturesque harbours and plenty of little shops and galleries to browse in. The location of Alicia's Barn puts all this on your doorstep.
