Located only a short drive from Falmouth, it is the perfect base from which to discover infinitely diverse Cornwall, from the very special magic of the north and south coasts to everywhere in between, plus exploring is made even easier as there is a handy electric vehicle charger at the property.

Step through the front door of this beautiful building and you are greeted by a light and airy entrance hall, wander through into the boujee sitting/dining-room complete with luxurious squishy sofas and a cosy wood-burner making this a great place to relax. The kitchen is also on this floor which has everything you might need for cooking a feast, along with a little breakfast table. The far reaching countryside views are so tranquil and the verdant colours are wonderfully calming.

On the ground floor you can find the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite shower-room and decorated in a beautiful style. The second bedroom has a double bed and decorated in calming tones and the third bedroom has handy ‘zip and link’ (super-king or twin) beds to suit your party, doors also open to the back garden so you can let the breeze ripple in waking you from your good nights slumber. There is also the family bathroom on this floor with a bath and separate shower to ensure you get a good soak in after a day exploring from this lovely spot.

Outside you are spoilt for choice as to where to sit; at the front of the property is a fenced lawned garden which is easy to access from your front door and while the sun moves around the property you can pop to the little garden at the back of Burnfoot and enjoy views of the countryside and both gardens are enclosed so safe for little people and dogs.

Burnfoot enjoys a secluded, elevated position just outside the little hamlet of Penhalvean, with it’s next door neighbour Gilly Barn (2005) and the farm next door being the only neighbours. If you are a large party or two families (up to 11 guests) you can book both barns together and receive a 10% discount off your booking, and with a gate in the fence between the two properties you can easily get together for some holiday fun, the thoughtful owners have really thought of everything!

Not only does this super barn have everything you need for that get away from it all holiday break in a peaceful location but there are many little touches throughout the barn so you can just come and relax without having to think of anything.
