Set beside the private unmade lane leading to the famous Marconi Monument, Westcliff is one of five detached cottages originally built for the wireless station's engineers. The open plan living-room is child-friendly, spacious, light and contemporary, with white gloss kitchen units, a high open beamed ceiling, and tall glass doors opening out onto a large raised deck.
The garden has glorious sea views, is fully enclosed so safe for young children, and now includes a wonderful summer-house with those fantastic views!
Both double bedrooms have sea views, one also with glass doors opening onto the deck, and the striking black and white shower-room and en suite bathroom both have luxurious under-floor heating.
After walking the coastal paths, exploring the beautiful Lizard peninsula or just spending a lazy day on the beach, why not simply sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of wine or two – or perhaps even join in with the children on the Wii!
