An excellent cottage in a quiet and peaceful location. Very pleasant views towards Mullion Cove and over Mounts Bay. Clean and well equipped. Several interesting places to visit nearby by car and lots of local walks too.

a lovely place to stay, in a great location

What a wonderful cottage. It catered for the needs of all our family ranging from 13 to 87 years old. You can soak up the views in comfort.

Excellent location with lovely views and walks. Wonderfully clean and warm property, so well equipped. We loved staying there and will be back!

First time booking with Classic Cottages and what an amazing company to deal with , always kept me informed , was always at the end of the phone for any questions I had and so polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The property we booked exceeded our expectations, would definitely recommend them and we will be booking with them again.

Idyllic, peaceful, superb access to Mullion and the SW coast path, fantastic views. Have already booked again for next year.

Everything, from start to finish was excellent. The property is beautiful, has been tastefully decorated and is in an excellent location, being close enough to the village for a short walk to the shops while being far enough away to be tranquil, peaceful and relaxing.

The summerhouse and the extras provided, such as the giant bean bags and beach gear, both for adults and children alike, plugs the BBQ, charcoal etc really add the extra touch of care.

The property was absolutely spotless, which, given the current Covid situation is all the more important.

An excellent cottage to relax in with easy access to the cliffs. The position of the cottage insured peace and Tranquility giving time to recharge “batteries”.

We’ve been holidaying at westcliff since 2016 already booked for next year, it’s my piece of heaven. Thanks to the owners, cleaners, gardener we are always welcomed.

Stunning location, beautifully appointed space, and very helpful housekeeper, thank you! We will be back next year.

The property is so welcoming. Its decor, furnishings and equipment make Westcliff not just a superbly practical holiday rental but also a home from home where you can relax and enoy your complete surroundings including the view out to sea! The gardens front and back are ideal and the garden room awaits you in the late afternoon as a relaxing treat. Being able to walk to three beaches without firing up the car was luxury and of course the coastal path here is stunning and exhilerating!

Loved staying here. Beautiful view of country side and and sea. Near to beaches. Comfy and clean. Better on arrival than in the photos. Would stay again without a doubt.

What a wonderful cottage. Only problem is you have to leave this perfect cottage. Thank you for an amazing stay

Lovely cottage in a perfect location 15 mins walk to the beach. Many shops and cafes around Mullion open for business with appropriate social distancing well organised.

Lovely bungalow situated in a stunning position on a very quiet lane. Very well equipped, spacious living area leading out through sliding doors to the decking and garden, fields beyond and then the sea. Perfect space for two adults and a child. Third bedroom was used to store cases etc. Beautiful area, Poldhu cove just down the hill, Mullion itself a lovely unspoilt Cornish village. May return one year.

This was our second return to Poldhu & Westcliff. It again was a home away from home and good for the soul. There is something magical about this part of Cornwall. See you again, Westcliff! Sonja, Knud, Nick & Nelli from Germany

Lovely cottage in a great location with owners who really care about what they do.

Good base for walking and beaches

A perfect home from home. Fantastic house, fantastic location, fantastic holiday. Thank you Westcliff

What a marvellous cottage with a stunning view and lovely neighbours in a beautiful and quiet area.

Nice property in a great location. Great to be able to walk straight from the cottage to the coastal path and Mullion. Well equipped and clean property but it does need updating a little.

Thank you for one week in paradise!

fantastic views over the sea and ideally placed for the south west coast path.

Lovely cottage well equipped. Beautiful views and nice and quiet.

A home from home

Excellent location within easy walking distance of coastal path. property in good condition with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Cream Tea awaiting us on arrival was a bonus.

We had a fantastic holiday at West cliff, it is a beautiful house, very well equipped and perfect for children.

Stunning location and view - very quiet.

This is a fantastic holiday home in a quiet location with stunning views. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Very light and very clean. No wonder it gets booked up with so many return visitors. Its in a great spot to visit so many places, and just down the lane you are on to the stunning coastal paths. We had a great week here, thanks.

This was our second stay at Westcliff. It's a fab house that is only minutes from some of the best coastal walking in Britain. The cafe at the nearest beach is great for a lazy breakfast and is open all year round. The Lizard is great for keen walkers and cyclists and there are many good places to eat too. Both the house and the Lizard are hidden gems.

A house with a 'Wow' factor. Ideal for our family, it had lots of space inside and out for our 3 year old twins as well as being the perfect setting for entertaining in luxury - it has it all!!

Bright, welcoming and comfortable - just what a holiday home should be.

Beautiful cottage in peaceful surroundings, but near to plenty of good beaches and interesting little towns and other attractions. Lovely crisp, clean blues and whites - the décor was very good, modern and comfortable. Everything we could need had been provided and the welcome flowers and cream tea were a very nice extra touch. We hope to come and stay again, as we had such a lovely time. Thank you.

Beautiful cottage fantastic views x

If you are looking for that special place for a get away from it all break, Westcliff ticks all the boxes and more!

We felt like beeing home !

Westcliff is a lovely, warm, bright and airy cottage with a contemporary feel about it. It's perfect for couples or families; we had twin toddlers and they loved it. The open plan living area and enclosed garden mean you can relax while the kids play, and with two bathrooms there's never a queue for the loo. Games consoles, DVDs and plenty of books and magazines keep everyone entertained if you're indoors for whatever reason although of course, you will want to be out and about - it's such a fantastic location on the Lizard, with most of Cornwall's key attractions within an hour's reach; Land's End, Mynack Theatre, Penzance, Mynack & St Michael's Mount; Kynance & the Lizard, the beautiful fishing villages (Cadgwith!!), even the Eden Project is just over an hour away. The little Spar in Mullion (3mins down the road) is extremely well merchandised, I don't think I've ever seen such a small shop pack such a good range of stock, and Helston offers both a Sainsbury and 24hr Tesco 15mins away. So all very convenient. We would caution anyone with low profile rims, the access lane is shared and currently in a very poor state of repair (September 2013). No issues with ground clearance but you will have to drive very slowly over all the potholes. Watch out for flies in late summer / if the cows are in the field. Otherwise, we loved it and very much look forward to coming back next year. Fred, Sarah, Max & Theo (18mth old twins), from Derby.

This is a wonderful property in a great location (with the exception of the approach road which has a fair few pot-holes!) This didn't hamper our enjoyment though - the property was ideal for our family holiday in Cornwall. It was extremely well equipped and very clean and tidy, with the most amazing views over fields and on to the sea. If you are looking for a relaxing base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer, we would definitely recommend!

We'd rather keep Westcliff a secret as we'll definitely be returning to this one!

House was up to expectations, and very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to go again.

Westcliff, what can we say....... The all year round excitement and anticipation of one week of heaven, and the tears shed by the children (and adults) on leaving.... We love you Westcliff! (and Mullion, Poldhu, Porthcurno, Godrevy, Cape Cornwall..... ) Thank you Family Bolland (Ben, Ruth, Gracie and Pearl)
