Drop off your luggage (you have dedicated parking in the village approximately 100 yards from the cottage) and relax to the sounds of bird song and the stream at the bottom of the garden in this lovely setting. There is an award-winning village shop and a friendly local pub – just a short walk away!
North Devon has a really varied coastline – with rugged cliffs around Combe Martin and towards Ilfracombe in one direction and towards Lynton and Porlock in the other, and long sandy beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. Inland the countryside is very much unspoilt too – explore the nearby Sterridge Valley or a little further afield the wide expanses of the western approaches of Exmoor National Park.
