You enter into a lovely spacious hallway off the rear patio.
The vaulted living-room is quite the space with a pair of reclining armchairs, a lovely large sofa and the all important wood-burner. Just perfect for a relaxing afternoon and evening...
The living-room is bathed in light and come evening time the sunsets are spectacular.
The social open plan layout lends itself perfectly for time together.
The high spec kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect from such a luxury property as well as plenty of preparation space for any feasts you may want to conjure up.
The large dining-table is a perfect spot for a bit of lazy brunch with the papers.
Heading out of the living-room you will find two beautiful en suite bedrooms off the main hallway.
Bedroom 1 is a calm and restful space with a glorious king-size bed and doors onto the patio.
As evening comes the bedroom eases into a warm and inviting mood. Expect a very good night's sleep here.
The en suite for bedroom 1 is spacious and light.
And features an enclosed shower to wash away any exertions of the day.
Bedroom 2 is very generous with plenty of storage and hanging space.

The patio-area is a little bit special. Spacious with seating, sun-loungers and a barbecue. Expect to spend a lot of time here drinking in the views across the famous Cricket St Thomas estate to the fields beyond.

This is a lovely quiet comfortable lodge with the most outstanding views. Convenient for both coast and inland places of interest to visit and a good selection of pubs nearby. Chard excellent for all shopping needs. Forde Abbey which is outstanding ,despite the awful weather we had during our stay, definitely a highlight....
