Head back through the sitting-room to the hallway where you will find a downstairs cloakroom, utility-room and the stairs to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find all three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 offers views out to the coast.
After using the en suite shower you have the perfect perch to do your make up before heading into town for a delicious meal.
Head back out to the landing to find bedroom 2 on your right and bedroom 3 on your left.
Bedroom 2 echoes the call of the surf that can be seen from the window, no matter the season. There is a mezzanine area that offers the perfect reading nook.

Lovely family holiday in this superb property. Everything has been thought of, including an air fryer! The location is good, as we could just park the car and walk to the beach. Walk back a bit steep but we saved money on parking, which spurred us on!!! The children loved the space and garden. The beds were so comfortable and the property was warm when it needed to be. We would thoroughly recommend this property. ...

This was our fifth year at staying at this beautiful property so I think that says it all!! There is plenty of space for the family to chill out both indoors and out and plenty of things to do in and around Woolacombe to keep everyone happy. Hope to be back again next year....

We had a great week at the property. Very comfortable, parking is easy, a short walk to the village although a bit steep walking back. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Woolacombe and a wonderful beach.

Lovely property with great views and very well equipped for a week away. A short walk to the beach and other amenities but a quiet location if you have smaller children. Would definitely recommend for all ages
