What can I say. The photos don't do this properly justice. It is so much bigger and wow it is so nice. The kitchen is amazing it was fully equipped with everything that I could need to be able to cater for ourselves. Which was a really nice surprise. It is clear that the owner has thought about the property and how it would be used as the little touches were really appreciated. The location is great with a 60 second walk to the beach and in both directions nice pubs in a 5 minute walk. We stayed in the winter and it was nice and warm. I will look to try and get back in the future. It may be useful to people who visited that I have a ford Mondeo Mk5 which fitted in the garage comfortably with it length. If I could I would give the house a 12 out of 10 as I really enjoyed my time here...

We have stayed in many seaside cottages and I must say this is the best yet For once the place was much bigger than it looked in the photos , very very well equipped for any age group Beautiful enclosed garden for our 2 dogs who loved zooming with space . Tastefully decorated, view from bath in main bedroom amazing could have stayed there all day . Couldn’t fault it will be booking again next year ??...

Pucks Oak is a beautiful and comfortable home for home. Really well equipped with good quality furnishings and very comfy beds. Perfect location too. Lovely big mature garden too, which was a bonus for the children. We loved it!
