Pucks Oak is a lovely property in a perfect position with sublime views of the gorgeous sea at Seaview. The bedrooms are dressed beautifully, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are fabulous with plentiful hot water and fluffy towels and we all slept really well. It is light and airy and has a New England seaside feel. The garden is a great size and has sun all day. The kitchen has everything you need and the garage is the icing on the cake. We had an issue on arrival, but Chloe and the house keeping team sorted within the hour which was very much appreciated. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Appley bay and you can walk all the way round to Ryde if you wanted. We took the train from Ryde to Shanklin and had a super day out there. We visited Osborne, the steam railway and Carisbrooke. The weather was kind and we had an excellent holiday. ...

Fantastic property in a fabulous location. Has everything you could want and more and views to die for! Very comfortable beds. Such a shame the cleanliness let it down a bit.
