Property was amazing and the welcome pack was the best we’ve ever had. So much information given for the household appliances, including recycling, and the general area. Details of walks including maps. The garden was great, however not totally secure for any dogs that can escape. Yes, there are steps up to the property, but this did not cause any issues especially once we had offloaded our bags, etc. The parking space was very convenient. Woolacombe beach is glorious and the town has various places to eat. The tourist information centre was extremely helpful with any queries. Chris is next door and easy to contact. ...

We had a wonderful stay at PALMS 1 Cottage and would highly recommend it. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was available, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we contacted them. What stood out most was the warm welcome upon arrival after a long day of traveling. The dining area was beautifully set up, with cookies, drinks, and a fully set table waiting for us. We have stayed at Palms 1 several times. It is very comfortable and clean. Beds very cosy, shower and bathroom one up one down great. The garden is stunning with view over the coast. We look forward to returning.
