From parking up the car, you walk up through the manicured tropical garden passing the owners' house and on to Palms 1, which has been set back for your privacy.

A lovely, quiet place to stay. Everything you would need is catered for amd more! Thank you for the cake and teacakes and the dog loved the treats. The steps helped to keep the fitness levels up ??. Would love to stay again sometime.

First time staying here at Palms 1. What a beautiful place to stay. Property is very well equipped, everything thought about very carefully. Location, perfect to walk to beach & into Woolacombe itself. The gardens are very private & have a tropical feel about them & are maintained very well. Owner Chris very helpful & friendly, gave us some very useful tips & nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Woolacombe to stay here & if we were to return to Woolacombe, I would definitely stay here again ??...

The property is very nice, clean and well equipped with everything you need whether it's a couple of you or a family. Access to the garage is a nice thought from the owners for storing larger items, ie surfboards etc. There is quite a number of steps leading up to the house which could be difficult for a pushchair if you have young children. Overall very nice....
