The approach to Leat Mill Cottage is over the small bridge and down beside the river.
This is the lane down to the river and the cottages beyond. A short walk along here takes you into the main village.
Locally known for excellent food is The Arundell Arms in the village, a bit of a hill to get to it but downhill all the way home.

Within walking distance is a good pub.

Friendly and warm reception by the hosts. Very clean and lovely cottage, ideal for small family. We enjoyed the night sky, access to Tamar valley and Cotehele, canoeing on river Tamar, coast path walks and Dartmoor National Park. We felt home away from home. Great stay!...

Leat Mill Cottage is a very comfortable cottage with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It is set in lovely surroundings. The owners are attentive to detail and always on hand to help if required but never intrusive. We have stayed in this cottage several times now and also in the owner’s other property, Leat Mill, and would thoroughly recommend both. We were especially pleased with the cleanliness of the cottage this year with regard to feeling safe from covid19....
