A wonderful Location in St. Agnes. Perfectly furnished and equipped, charming! Comfortable sleeping. Warm welcome from the owner with koffee and milk and some cornish specialties. We would book this cottage every time on holidays in Cornwall

We loved staying in this cottage in St Agnes. A lovely town, that has a very relaxed vibe and is not "over developed". The house is situated perfectly: walking distance to the beach and to the village. You do need to be in decent shape to be able to walk up and down the hills, but also in the garden up to the deck. We really enjoyed the way the house was furnished and spent many wonderful evenings at the kitchen table and lazy afternoons on the deck outside. We would really highly recommend this cottage and village....

We had a fantastic stay at the house, really great location in the heart of St Agnes but so quiet down the little lane, we would love to come and stay again!

The cottage & St Agnes felt like home from the first minute. The house is very well taken care off and was supertidy on arrival. All equipment that you need is available and from to quality. All five of us would love to live there ?? Close to shops, bars and beach ??...

We had a lovely week here. The house is cosy, yet also spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Comfy beds too. A pub (The Peterville), bar/restaurant (Taphouse) and cafe are all just a few yards away. Parking space is a bit tricky to squeeze into, so you will struggle if you have a very large vehicle. But you can usually park just around the corner (opposite the Taphouse/cafe) once people head home for the evening. At the top of St Agnes (1 min drive, 10 min walk) there are a few more pub & restaurant options too - we enjoyed them all. House is in a nice quiet spot, so you should sleep well. The cove at the bottom of St Agnes is lovely, and just a 10/15 minute walk (or 2 min drive) away. If you want to be in 'party central', this area is not for you. But if you want a relaxing holiday with good local amenities and easy access to the nearby coast, this area and this house are an excellent base. ...
