The rather neat shower-room is tiny, and only suitable for younger guests (head room 175cm, shower head height 160cm)
Enjoy leisurely long lunches or simple suppers outside. With an elevated view of the hills this is quite a rare find in St Agnes.
The tiered garden at No 2 Water Lane is very established with trees and shrubs.
You can enjoy the fabulous views over St Agnes from the garden area.
Steps lead up to the decked terrace. (13 in total if you count from the bottom right up to the very top) lead
No 2 Water Lane cottage, a traditional semi-detached house. This is the parking area suitable for a small to medium car.

My son and I loved No 2 Water Lane. It was very cosy during our time in Sept 2024. Amenities were great and comfort was wonderful. We loved the garden too. Nice and close to St Agnes eateries but also quiet. We hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you from Jo and Nick in Australia....

Lovely, warm, snug house. Well stocked kitchen. Great having freezer, w/m, dishwasher etc. Easy reach to all amenities in the area and great choice of eateries.
