We had a lovely stay at Room with a View - it had everything you could need and more. Very clean, well decorated and felt like a home from home. In a perfect location for walks straight from the door or just a short drive away. We loved that we could fully disconnect here and read, play board games, cook a nice meal and see the tor out the window. One of our favourite memories was waking up at sunrise and seeing all the sheep/lambs just the other side of the wall! ...

Room with a view is the perfect base to explore Dartmoor. The garden is secure for your dog, so you can relax knowing they can't escape. The place was beautifully clean and well equipped for two guests and is exactly as described online. The location was great, only a moments drive from Haytor and lots of other wonderful places. We walked straight from Room with a view to Bonehill rocks, a fabulous walk in the evening, and took us around 20 minutes to get there....

What a glorious location. The Room with a View was inviting, cosy and just as described. Waking up to seeing Haytor in all the weathers, and the young black lambs, was a humbling experience. We will be back next year.
