Beautiful location and definitely a room with a view! So amazing to be off grid in the heart of Dartmoor National Park in the most beautiful of settings. It was amazing to be in this little hut in the middle of nature, but be rest assured the cottage has everything you could need! We celebrated our anniversary here and it was the perfect location. Our puppy loved running around the beautiful enclosed garden, and we loved the BBQs round the fire pit and drinking wine on the decking below the stars. It is in such a great location with so much available in a short drive, or even a walk! The hosts were great and made us feel so welcome. They have great tips for walks, pubs and shops nearby which was super handy! We will definitely be back! ...

We had a wonderful weekend and just loved the large beautifully kept enclosed garden which allowed our dogs to run free for the entire weekend. The cabin was superb and much nicer than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice. The garden got the sun all day and the fire pit was perfect for when the sun went down. We will be returning for sure. ...

Fantastic cabin with amazing views of Haytor. The cabin is suitable for all weathers - we had a lovely BBQ in the garden on our first night and later when temperatures dropped we used the wood burner inside the cabin on the same weekend! The cabin is very well equipped and we loved the welcome gifts for us and our pet dog from the owners which was very kind. Lots of great walks on the doorstep and short drives to local villages/towns which makes it a great location for exploring Dartmoor. Would very much recommend as a great dog friendly stay in this area. ...
