This was the first time I had booked with Classic Cottages and I would definitely book again. Booking was easy and the accommodation was brilliant! The Pigsty was a great barn which was well presented and comfortable. A lot of thought has gone into everything included to ensure guests feel it's a home from home. We 1st came 10yrs ago & the 3yrs we have been coming since although obviously equipment etc has been updated the high standard of cleanliness is still the same, we know we can book it with no worries. That pigsty is away from other barns. Mattress on double bed feels bit flat maybe needs new one...

An excellent location making it easy to reach anywhere on the Island and we like the more rural setting. Lovely cottage in peaceful setting with pleasant large enclosed garden, great for pets. Table and 4 chairs provided. Around 20 minute drive will get you to most places. Cottage very clean. Milk and cake provided on arrival. Comfortable lounge with 2 sofas and smart TV. Tiled floors except for bedrooms. Great shower and also a bath. Good Wifi. Kitchen with washing machine, electric cooker (we found difficult to use as we are not used to a smart hob), fridge, microwave, no freezer. Could have done with another large pan otherwise well equipped. Large double bedroom with kingsized bed and memory foam mattress. The mattress was far to soft for me and my back suffered. It may be satisfactory for others. One wardrobe and bedside drawers. Smaller Twin bedroom. Airer, ironing board, iron hairdryer provided. Small hoover would be good to keep carpeted area clean. It would have been good if lightweight summer duvets could be provided and a couple of fans. We had to bring our own. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. A few tweaks as suggested would enhance the accommodaton....
