The Newstead is in a great location, within walking distance to everywhere we wanted and regular buses if needed. Local pubs were good and the family loved their rooms, the games room and sauna. Crantock beach is a short walk downhill and attractions like Dairyland 15-20 mins away. The Newstead is suitable for holidays year round with a cosy fire and south facing garden, outside dining area and sun decks. Would love to stay again in the beautiful part of Cornwall. An amazing week....

A lovely house for 2 families. Everything we needed for our holiday. We were even able to make a birthday cake and ice it, piping bag and everything!! Lots of games and dvds. Lovely garden, very sheltered, a sun trap. The beds were the comfiest we have ever ever! had in a holiday cottage. 4 showers (including the one in the sauna room.) The cinema room and sauna were great although we hardly used them as we were at the beautiful beach most of the time. About a 15min walk. We were two families with 2 large cars (Volvo and discovery) we parked close together and there was room for us both in the front car parking space. Thought I’d mention this as I was a bit worried about parking. I would highly recommend this house. ?? Crantock village is lovely with everything you need, shop, 2 x pubs & coffeehouse/pizza place, fish and chips are 5 mins drive away in Cubert. Facilities at the beach are great too . ???...

We spent Xmas at The Newstead for our wedding in St Austell. The house met all our expectations and was fabulous for our needs over the Xmas break. Crantock is one of our favourite places in Cornwall and is a stone throw away from the house. Would love to return but would be pricey just for the 2 of us ...
