The Newstead was a fabulous, spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable house and base for a family holiday. Loved the open-plan living area and garden and the younger members of our group really enjoyed the cinema room (as well as appreciating the good wifi!) Great location for coastal walks and not far from Padstow etc. We love Crantock and all it has to offer, most especially the beach. Can't think of anywhere else we'd rather go on holiday! ...

This is probably the best equipped accommodation we have used in Cornwall over a period of many years. It is spacious, with a private garden and sauna. There are local amenities (cafe, pubs, coastal paths and beaches) easily accessible on foot. There is also easy access to points in north and south Cornwall....
