The cottage Rayburn helps create a wonderful warm welcome.
The added benefit of this gorgeous wood-burner makes this an ideal country retreat all year round.
Gwithian beach is a short drive away, and perfect if you enjoy surfing.
The cottage has four delightful bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor.
Porthleven is close by and has a sweet little harbour to walk around.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds.
Bedroom 4 is as pretty as a picture.
Primrose Cottage has it's own resident robin who likes to visit. Be sure to say hello, he is very friendly.

Stunning cottage in a great location. Three very dog friendly inclosed outdoor spaces to use. Would love to visit again.

Primrose Cottage is so peaceful, it has everything to make for a relaxing,happy stay. It’s the kind of place you really don’t want lots of people to know about, it’s so special.. Could live there very easily!

Really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly think of, home from home, especially the kitchen. I was even able to bake a cake for my son’s birthday. Lots of games and books for all the family. Alexa was a great addition, used this daily for music and information. Nicely decorated, comfortable settees and beds. Love the dog box, with all sorts in for the dog. Friendly robin came to visit everyday. Down stairs shower really lovely especially for shorter people although anyone who is tall will struggle.

Really lovely cottage - old in years but not in decor! Really classy, and the owners / housekeeper were a pleasure to deal with. We had a fab time - thanks so much!

Beautiful cottage overrun with character. The kitchen was fantastically equipped and made our stay very relaxing. Colin our 9 month cocker cross loved lying by the Aga and sniffing out hedgehogs in the garden. The location could not have been better! Just a short drive to beaches & National Trust properties.
