Loved this accommodation. Everything you need for a week holiday. Garden lovely and secure for dogs. Jo and Nigel very welcoming. Spectacular views. Easy access to pubs. Lots of good walking (even though hard going). Steps to property not an issue for us - fairly fit for our age!! ...

- Location was perfect, easy walk into the village and very quiet. Really close to the bus stop and loads of lovely walks. We didn’t use our car all week! - Easy to park - Lovely sunroom, spacious kitchen and cosy bedroom however the lounge was quite dark. - Nice log fire - Very clean property - Bubbly on arrival was a really welcome gift! Worth noting there were no basic cooking provisions so make sure you pack these i.e., salt, pepper, cooking oil…...

A lovely comfortable cottage with wonderful views of the surrounding area, and in a peaceful, convenient location. Walking distance to a choice of pubs and convenience store, albeit either uphill or downhill ! It is an excellent base from which to explore Boscastle and the surrounding area. The coast path is only about 10-15 minutes walk from the cottage. Smaller, lighter bags rather than large, heavy suitcases would be advisable due to the steps. Kinsmans cottage is a lovely cottage in a superb location for walks nearby or using as a base to explore other parts of Cornwall. Felt at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived and continued throughout the week. Probably one of the best holiday rentals we have visited. The cottage was delightful. Everything worked perfectly and the owners had equipped it to ensure a comfortable stay. It was one of the best we have stayed in and the views were excellent. Having a parking space in the centre of Boscastle was a bonus as you could walk everywhere. Even access to the coast path was within walking distance. There is a reliable although infrequent bus service to Newquay and Bude. The garden was safe and enclosed for our dog....
