We had a lovely long weekend at Kinsman Cottage. Jo was very helpful and the cottage was very clean and perfect for the two of us and our dog. Most of the roads in Boscastle are narrow but there is an allocated parking space at the cottage which is useful. It was our first visit to Boscastle and we loved it. It is very hilly so be prepared for that, but the walks were beautiful and there are so many of them …. we would love to come back again....

The owner was very welcoming from day 1. The property was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was very peaceful and quiet. The view was stunning, you could just sit and look at it all day. The location is convenient for a host of walks and attractions. I would definitely like to revisit someday. ...

This is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful village in a lovely part of north Cornwall. The cottage is well stocked and has plenty of space for two people and a medium size dog. There is a secure garden area for the dog to stretch their legs. The lounge is a good size with two beautiful settees. The sun-room gives great views over one of the valleys that makes Boscastle such a nice area to live in and to visit. Jo and Nigel were great hosts and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble to them. There are a number of shops in the village from a bakers, to a fish & chips shop, pet shop and gift shops. There are a couple of pubs and a cafe that are dog friendly. ...
