We had a fantastic week in Kinsman Cottage. The location is wonderful, with beautiful views over the roof tops and down into the valley. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped, and the owners were warm and friendly, they gave us great advice about what was going on locally, places to eat, and local walks. Small cottage on one level with fully enclosed garden and lovely views. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to steps up from where you park. Not a problem for us however luckily. Owners Jo and Nigel very friendly, nothing too much trouble....

Great stay - lovely cottage, and garden in a wonderful location and area. So many things to do within 5 miles, as well as the beautiful village itself. Very well presented, maintained and spotless. Parking space a real bonus for the area. Very welcoming and friendly owners....

We really enjoyed our week at the cottage. Everything is so lovely, the sun room is a wonderful place to sit and admire the views or just outside is a small table and chairs, ideal for our glass of wine. The two pubs on the hill - top and bottom -serve delicious food. There are some lovely walks with fabulous scenery and Tintagel castle is a short drive or bus ride away. I would love to stay here again. Many thanks to our hosts and their lovely dog....
