Lovely property, with an interesting history, having once apparently been the servants’ quarters for the house above, where the owners live. Beautifully clean, and stylishly furnished, with all necessary equipment, and with the owners on hand and very happy to help if needed. Stunning views, with a fabulous coastal walk across the cliff tops and down to the harbour - or of course you can walk straight down the hill! Gorgeous garden with several spaces to sit, including the sun lounge, which was also very cosy during a thunderstorm while I was there! There are 52 steps from the parking space to the property. This is a lovely place to stay in a beautiful village in a lovely part of north Cornwall. The cottage is well stocked and has plenty of space for two people and a medium size dog. There is a secure garden area for the dog to stretch their legs. The lounge is a good size with two beautiful settees. The sun-room gives great views over one of the valleys that makes Boscastle such a nice area to live in and to visit. Jo and Nigel were great hosts and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble to them. There are a number of shops in the village from a bakers, to a fish & chips shop, pet shop and gift shops. There are a couple of pubs and a cafe that are dog friendly. ...
