The cottage is in a great location within Boscastle, it's so quiet even though you're right in the middle of the village. The cottage was very homely and comfortable, and we made ourselves at home very quickly. It is very well equipped throughout, especially the kitchen. The garden is fully enclosed, which was great for the dogs. We loved it here, it was a great base for exploring Boscastle and the north Cornwall coast, we hope to return in the future....

Kinsman Cottage is an incredibly beautiful cottage, very cozy and spotlessly clean. We immediately felt completely at home. The conservatory is wonderful, we had breakfast there every morning and enjoyed the sunset there in the evenings after returning from our excursions. The garden is also beautifully landscaped, and our dogs loved it too. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We and our dogs felt very welcome right away. We highly recommend the cottage and would love to come back again....

Lovely property, with an interesting history, having once apparently been the servants’ quarters for the house above, where the owners live. Beautifully clean, and stylishly furnished, with all necessary equipment, and with the owners on hand and very happy to help if needed. Stunning views, with a fabulous coastal walk across the cliff tops and down to the harbour - or of course you can walk straight down the hill! Gorgeous garden with several spaces to sit, including the sun lounge, which was also very cosy during a thunderstorm while I was there! There are 52 steps from the parking space to the property. Whilst I enjoyed the challenge generally, I did struggle carrying my luggage up and down. However, Boscastle is very hilly anyway, and it soon becomes clear why all the residents look so fit and healthy! ...

A delightful cottage in a stunning location, with views that make the steps up to the door entirely worthwhile! Jo is a lovely host who generously provided salads fresh from her garden. Boscastle is beautiful and well supplied with shops, pubs and cafes. Highly recommended!...
