At half tide Porth Beach is accessible directly from Glendorgal down its own steps roughly hewn into the rocks - but care is needed.

This property is in an excellent location, with a private headland to enjoy & easy access to coastal walks & beaches. The accommodation is comfortable though rather snug for 6 & the kitchen well equipped. The carpark is easy to locate though a little way from the property for carrying anything heavy....

Lovely cottage in an ideal location for walking into Newquay itself but especially to get to Porth Beach. The cottage was clean and tidy with all the things you would have at home. We were there for the first week in June and although there were plenty of people around it was very quiet. Great for people of all ages. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere close to all the action available in Newquay and it’s wonderful beaches, but far enough away to have a bit of peace and quiet (except for the seagulls) but you can’t escape them at the seaside!!...
