Cider Barn was fully equipped with everything we needed. We liked the larger than average shower cubicle. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with good quality linen. We appreciated the wide opening patio doors onto the decking. The total secure enclosure of the whole outside area meant our dog was free to roam. It was a beautiful and peaceful place .. lovely relaxing views. We enjoyed our week despite the rainy weather, but we were still able to enjoy the views from the comfort of our chairs. A lovely cottage in a quiet and peaceful location. We only stayed a few days which were affected by Storm Alex so extremely wet and windy. A good base for the area close to The Donkey sanctuary at Sidmouth, Beer and Budleigh Salterton.

Superb stay in this first-class property. Excellent friendly hosts and beautiful stay. Versatile accommodation with the en-suite bedrooms and really comfortable living area. The location was beautiful and we had a very warm welcome from our hosts. Excellent location within easy reach of the sea at Sidmouth, Seaton or Buddleigh Salterton, and near nice country walks, especially along the River Otter and the old railway line. A wonderful holiday, and we hope to return....
