Grazing sheep are sometimes in the field beside Cider Barn, please ensure that your dog is on a lead when in proximity to the sheep.

The River Otter runs through Harpford to the Jurassic Coast at Budleigh Salterton, a delightful walk at any time of year.
The Golden Lion at Tipton St John is a one mile walk from Cider Barn beside the River Otter.
Lyme Regis is just over the border into Dorset, a great place to visit for the day, with its iconic Cobb, fossil museum and some great cafes, restaurants, pubs and independent shops.
Seaton Jurassic is well worth a visit for adults and children.
The Seaton Tram runs from the Jurassic Coast at Seaton, inland to historic Colyton, taking you beside the River Axe, through two nature reserves.
Nearby Axmouth and Seaton beach are a great place to stroll.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

There is a charge of £25 per pet per week or short break.

A non-refundable booking fee of £28 is payable per booking.
