Harpford, where the cottage is situated, is a very small village , yet in a few minutes drive there is a farm shop, garden centre, pub and a major supermarket. Another 10 minute drive and you reach Sidmouth itself, with many independent shops and a lovely coastline....

Beautifully presented modern barn, set in beautiful location. Welcome pack a lovely touch. Marred by the septic tank smell after using showers and other facilities.
