Tucked into the edge of the cliffs, access to the cottage is down a number of steps from the main road (and parking area) where you'll find Gulls Roost, located in stunning and very quiet area of Whitsand Bay with the most remarkable views which will not disappoint. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, warm, and dog friendly too! We did find the beds a bit too soft for our liking, but this is perhaps just a preference. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need, including Free-Sat TVs in the main lounge and bedrooms. The WIFI works well, although it can cut out for a couple of hours in a storm (which is to be expected given the location). There are plenty of books to read, puzzles to do, and nearby places to visit. We stayed at Gulls Roost over the New Year and really enjoyed our very relaxing stay there. Thank you. We hope to return....

Excellent location, but difficult for beach access, very steep, long paths to beach, great view though.
