Very comfortable and spacious with a fabulous view. Just remember you're on top of a cliff (70m up) so it can be windy (tip: even in a SW breeze, at beach level there is no wind! So go to the beach anyway!). Well equipped and tastefully decorated with TV's in all rooms. Absolutely fell in love with Gulls Roost. Best place to watch a raging sea in a tropical storm! :-)...
