Bedroom 1 is double-aspect so really does embrace the wonderful setting.

Pretty bedroom 2.
No need to fight over who gets the best bedroom as they both have wonderful views.
Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower-room.
It doesn't get much better than this!
The bungalow is down below the level of the road.

We have visited Gulls Roost on numerous occasions now and love it there. Friends who came with us this year wish to join us next time!!! The view is wonderful, but it is not easy to reach the beach. A fantastic place for the more mature.
