Lovely, peaceful place. Beautiful view.

We had a really wonderful 6 nights at Gulls Roost. The cottage is well equipped, warm and enjoys an outstanding view of the bay; we had the most relaxing time here. The sunsets over the sea are fabulous from both the sofa or on the patio (wrapped up warm with a cuppa!) and we were lucky with such beautiful walking weather for November. The steps down to the beach are OK but anyone with mobility issues might struggle. But once on the beach the sand and rocks are stunning and we enjoyed a couple of walks in and around the bay (be aware of tide times though!). Can highly recommend a trip to The Canteen at Maker Heights and walks along the coast path in either direction. A wonderful place, highly recommended and we'd return in an instant. ...

A remarkable and peaceful place. We highly recommend it. Love the remoteness and privacy yet only a mile away from wonderful restaurant, tea room and so near Kingsand and Cawsand.Absolutely magical holiday even though we caught the tail end of hurricane Sam….. I am originally from Cape Town so storms are my thing!...

3rd Time Lucky: At last a week of wall-to-wall sunshine instead of howling gales enabled Gulls Roost to reveal it's full potential. What a fabulous spot. Lovely to see it at a different time of year. Coming back for more in August.

A comfortable, relaxing chalet with the most amazing views and perfectly located for walkers to enjoy the South West Coastal Path!
