The super pellet-burner makes the sitting-room warm and cosy all year round.
There is plenty of comfy seating for all to chill out and relax.
Steep twisting original stairs lead up to the bedrooms.
The downstairs bathroom - please note the bath is not full size.

Bedroom 1 has a super comfy king-size bed.
Bespoke shutters, exposed walls and slate sills all add to the character.
There are beautiful features throughout - maintaining the original charm and character.
The sunken terrace garden is very private and secluded.
There's even a hot and cold shower outside (not operational during the winter months) ideal for rinsing off sandy bodies and wetsuits.
The steps lead down to the sunken terrace - please take care with children on the steps.
There are fabulous beaches on this part of the coastline - Polzeath will delight all members of the family.
Pretty Port Isaac of Doc Martin, Fisherman's Friends and Nathan Outlaw fame is well worth a visit.
Hop on the foot ferry from Rock over to Padstow.

The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring North Cornwall, Rock, Padstow, Port Isaac and further afield. The cottage feels like home from home, well equipped, cosy, comfortable and all-round excellent. If I stay in North Cornwall again I wouldn't hesitate to re: book. Cheers Jem...

We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage met all expectations. It’s really well located for trips to Padstow, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Daymer Bay etc, and St Minver is a lovely quiet village.

This cottage is full of character with some lovely features and a nice private and pretty garden for sitting out. Parking can be tricky and the bath is incredibly small. There is a walk across the fields behind the house which joins up with the main road and takes you to Rock in about 50mins. It’s a nice walk with lovely coffee shops and delis en route and we did it several times during our stay. ...
