The sunken terrace garden is very private and secluded.
The steps lead down to the sunken terrace - please take care with children on the steps.
There are fabulous beaches on this part of the coastline - Polzeath will delight all members of the family.
Pretty Port Isaac of Doc Martin, Fisherman's Friends and Nathan Outlaw fame is well worth a visit.
Hop on the foot ferry from Rock over to Padstow.

This cottage is full of character with some lovely features and a nice private and pretty garden for sitting out. Parking can be tricky and the bath is incredibly small. There is a walk across the fields behind the house which joins up with the main road and takes you to Rock in about 50mins. It’s a nice walk with lovely coffee shops and delis en route and we did it several times during our stay. ...

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage, it has all modern comforts required and is in a great location. The stairs would be an issue for anyone with limited mobility but this is made clear in prebooking details.
