The living-area has a wood-burning stove and the owners provide you with all the logs you will need for your entire stay.
Bedroom one on the ground floor has a double bed and en suite shower-room.
The kitchen-area also has a huge island/breakfast-bar.
Some extra special touches added throughout the barn.
The island in the kitchen is perfect for those pre dinner drinks and nibbles.
The dining-area enjoys the best of the views - that is if you are not eating outside in the fresh air.
Just outside the dining area, you can bubble away in this fabulous hot tub.
The living-area is perfect for relaxing in after a day out and about exploring.
The flagstone flooring and little hallway make this a really practical place to stay with a dog.
Bedroom one is on the ground floor with a double bed, TV and en suite shower-room.

You will often see the farm's cows in the field next to the cottage - they are sure to come up and see you too!
Grassy lanes and footpaths lead from the farm into the tranquil countryside. (This is not the track to the farm!)

We had a fabulous stay. The house was very well equipped and the cake on arrival was amazing!! We would definitely stay here again, we didn't want to leave!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Great Ash Barn even though we had mostly torrential rain most days. We managed to get out and about most days. Hoping to return next year when we will hope for better weather.

Brilliant stay at great ash barn everything was first class .The owner's were there when needed but not intrusive which is what you need when on holiday . Would definitely stay here again ,sad to leave.

We had a wonderful week. We loved the open plan living/dining/kitchen layout, which made it very sociable. The location was lovely overlooking the Devon fields, we also loved the calves that came to see us each day and brambles the little dog - so cute! The standard of fittings (ie, showers, basins, kitchen units) was of a very good quality - the owners have done a very good job with the design of the barn. All in all a lovely break after so long being stuck in our own homes due to lockdown. We would love to come back....
