The island in the kitchen is perfect for those pre dinner drinks and nibbles.
The dining-area enjoys the best of the views - that is if you are not eating outside in the fresh air.

The flagstone flooring and little hallway make this a really practical place to stay with a dog.

Steph and Steve went above and beyond making our stay truly special for our children. They we able to cuddle all the animals including chicks, baby rabbits and chickens, Steve took the girls on tractor rides and most special of all they we’re able to bottle feed the calves. The dog shower in the boot room was absolutely fantastic and I was so impressed that the water was a lovely temperature! The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and there was a brilliant selection of toys to keep all our children from 5-10 entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Great Ash Barn. It is in a very peaceful and tranquil location with wonderful views. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were house hunting during our stay and the barn was a real oasis at the end of the day and the garden was a lovely place to relax. The doggie shower was a great extra and kept our cocker spaniel nice & clean after long walks in the surrounding countryside. Steph made us feel very welcome and was on hand if we needed anything. Excellent accommodation, could not fault it. Everything has been provided for, comfy beds and sofas. Fully enclosed garden for dogs and dog shower in boot room, very nice addition, our Labrador loved it. Location very remote but that’s what we like. Owners very friendly and there if you need them.
