This is really a very good semi detached property and location with quick access to the shoreline and a level walk into Yarmouth. Set at the entrance to a private cul-de-sac, the enclosed, private and well-kept garden seems popular with many return visitors and their dogs. Very clean and comfortable throughout with relaxing conservatory offering distant views to the Solent and beyond. An excellent base for exploring with easy access to private off-road parking. ...
