Lovely comfortable propery, ideally located for a stroll into Yarmouth. Very dog friendly and secure fabulous garden for our inquisitive border collie to roam and for us the relax in. There is some road noise during the day but this quietens down evening time, this didn't bother us but if you're looking for total peace and quiet this might not be for you. This is really a very good semi detached property and location with quick access to the shoreline and a level walk into Yarmouth. Set at the entrance to a private cul-de-sac, the enclosed, private and well-kept garden seems popular with many return visitors and their dogs. Very clean and comfortable throughout with relaxing conservatory offering distant views to the Solent and beyond. An excellent base for exploring with easy access to private off-road parking. ...
